Let’s Journey Together

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m really glad you’re reaching out. Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.

I’m a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner with a background in Psychology and a master’s in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I’m also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship concerns. I also support clients in building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening overall well-being.

My approach to therapy is reality- and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and perspective as you navigate challenges and growth. I strive to create a space that is welcoming, honest, and compassionate—where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dustin, our 4 children, taking care of our farm, being outdoors, and reading a good book. I value opportunities to be active, give back, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Looking ahead, I am passionate about expanding therapy beyond the traditional office setting by incorporating nature-based approaches and animal-assisted services. I am especially interested in increasing access to mental health support within rural communities and connecting individuals with meaningful, accessible resources that promote healing and resilience.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in. I am here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
